3 Bedroom apartment (maximum 6 occupants per unit)
Penthouse (maximum 10 occupants per unit including children)
Extra occupant will chargeable at RM20.00/person up to a maximum of 2. - A payment of RM100.00 cash per apartment is required asCAUTION MONEY upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out.
- Check in time between 3.00pm to 5.00pm
- Check out time 12.00noon (surcharge shall be levied for extension time stay subject to availability of apartment unit)
- Every guest is required to have their particulars filled in to facilitate movement within the premises, otherwise they would not be permitted to enter the compound
- No visitors are allowed in after midnight
- Pets & hanging of clothes are not allowed
